The Town Park continues to be designed.  The centennial plaque has been attached to the boulder.  (Blue adheasive will be cleaned once it sets up).  A formal dedication will occur later this summer.  Future plans include the addition of several apple trees, a grill, picnic table and gazebo among other items.  More details to come!

8″ x 8″ bricks with centennial logo.  Only available through 12/31.  $200.00, includes placement in walkway to town flagpoles.  Top half of brick has centennial logo.  Bottom half has room for three lines (13 characters each) of your text.

“Doty, the first 100 years” will be available soon…  The book is currently at publisher for proofing.  Book is ~120 pages with over 100 pictures, maps and tables covering the towns history from before 1922 through 2022.  Pricing is being determined.

 

The Doty Firefighters Association Inc. picnic being held this year on Saturday July 16th.  Its back after three years off due to the storm and COVID.

Good food, drink and ice cream!  50/50 raffles, meat raffles and other items up for silent auction, including some special centennial items.  TRIVIA contest – who knows the most about the town?  DUNK TANK – sink the town chairman and some other local and county officials…  LIVE MUSIC 3 pm to 6pm by Grudgeville Grass.  Special ceremony to honor the previous town chairpeople.  More info to be posted soon – check the fire department page of this website!
