Recycle Center will be CLOSED – Wed June 17th, Wed June 24th and Wed Jul 1st

Recycle Center will be OPEN – Sat/Sun/Wed starting July 4th

While work has started on the recycle center improvements, completion is expected to be delayed due to the county paving schedule.  Current plan is for the area to be ready for our use after the 4th of July weekend.  This is too much of an inconvenience for residents who have material to dispose of.  To support the town residents, we will accept MOST items starting this weekend.  Please note the dates and prohibitions.

Normal household waste – always accepted when open

Normal household recycling – always accepted when open

TV’s – will be accepted starting July 1st (until trailer is full)

Tires – will be accepted starting July 1st (until trailer is full)

Large waste items (30 yd dumpster) – will be accepted started July 1st IF current one is able to be replaced per owners scheduling – CALL AHEAD

Scrap metal – NOT accepted until old site is ready due to expence and time needed to move items

Used Oil – NOT accepted until containment is moved to old area due to weight issues

During the periods or work, avoid the area and please do not dispose of unauthorized items or use the dumpsters when the dump is closed.  You may be fined.
