Real estate tax bills will be mailed on or before the 3rd Monday in December (Wis. Stat. 74.09)

Per our note from the Oconto County Treasurer - IF YOU PAY YOUR TAXES BY END OF YEAR - Dec - 2025 for tax purposes, please note we have been asked to transport that final batch on Wednesday December 31st, 2025 - because our office is closed that day, you would have to have your taxes here on Tuesday December 30th, 2025 to make that deadline.    

Final payments due on January 31st, 2026  - MUST BE IN OUR OFFICE on or before Thursday February 5th, 2026 - or they will be considered late and subject to interest and penalties.  

IF you are going to mail your taxes in, make them payable to Town of Doty - 14899 County Road T, Mountain, WI  54149, please keep in mind the mail here is slow, and plan accordingly.  thank you 

DATES FOR IN PERSON TAX COLLECTION  - (in past bills are out by early Dec)

Tuesday - Dec 9th/Dec 16th/Dec 23rd/Dec 30th - 10 am to 2 pm

Thursday - Dec 11th/Dec 18th/sorry closed Christmas Day - 10 am to 2 pm

Saturday - Dec 20th - 9 am to Noon
