NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DISCONTINUANCE OF A ROADWAY IN THE TOWN OF DOTY, OCONTO COUNTY, WISCONSIN

NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a PUBLIC HEARING before the Town of Doty Town Board at the Doty Town Hall, 14899 County Highway T, Mountain WI, 54149
The agenda will be as follows:
Petition for the discontinuance of roadway:
- The portion of the 49.5’ width roadway, commonly known as TRAXELS POINT LN (1), lying east of the centerline of Traxels Point Ln; described as starting 367.5 ft from Traxels Point Ln southeasterly ~100 feet to the dead end.
Maps of the location of each discontinuance of roadway are available for viewing at the Doty Town Hall, during normal business hours. All parties for and against will be heard.
